aligning with your design in business
this is what 5 years of entrepreneurship has taught me
if y’all don’t know this about my story…
5 years ago i was MISERABLE working for a corporate grocery store, never taking the holidays off or having much time to myself
i was exhausted and seeking a way to work online where i could actually help people, doing what i love
so i started an online fitness and nutrition business
it started off great
i was super passionate
i was getting clients and helping them with transformations
and then things shifted
i started to take other peoples advice and listen to business and marketing gurus for how to run my biz instead of listening to my own inner guidance
and then my business started to decline
i tried to force and push and make it work, thinking i was the problem
when i learned about my human design and that i’m not meant to operate like everyone else or be “super consistent” with things, everything changed for me
so i switched gears
after agonizing and feeling afraid to let go and start something new
i was forced to… this was the time of the lockdowns
and i had no other option
so i started the new thing
back then it was tarot and astrology
now it’s astrology, human design, and business coaching
and it will always be morphing.
now i understand that, as a 1/3 manifesting generator, that’s how it’s supposed to be for me
so i lean into it
here’s what i learned::
1. mindset is everything. your beliefs shape the way you perceive what’s possible for yourself and your business/ability to make money
2. following my unique design and heart is what has always led me to success, over and over again. even when it didn’t make sense
3. do what you want to do and trust that it will work out, especially if it seems to be different and go against the status quo of success. especially if it doesn’t make sense
