the Crux of the Open/Undefined Solar Plexus

one of the biggest challenges in life for me thus far…

has been having an undefined solar plexus

the open/undefined Solar Plexus’ not-self is incredibly tricky

the not-self theme of this center is avoiding truth

the not-self theme is your conditioning, and how you’ve learned since childhood to cope with the uncomfort due to having this center open and unable to navigate it with awareness

most of us unfortunately aren’t taught at a young age how to be aware of our feelings/emotions and the ways we take in certain energies (depending on where our HD chart is open)

i’ve noticed this in myself time and time again

where i literally tell a white lie (avoid the truth) because i don’t want to feel the feelings it would cause from telling the truth

our open/undefined centers are where we take in and AMPLIFY energy

the Solar Plexus rules emotions

and can be intense when amplified

so those of us with this center open would rather not deal with amplification of emotions, so we lie

because in the short term, it seems easier

yet in the long run, it’s 200% harder

this is where awareness comes in

and to constantly remind ourselves that it’s okay to tell the truth and we are not responsible to feel any feelings from anyone else that that would cause

same goes for setting boundaries

and asking for one’s needs

if it wasn’t safe to do this in childhood, it probably doesn’t feel safe to do as an adult. and yet it is necessary to be truly healthy and happy, as we all deserve to be!
